JA Builders (WA) is a builder in Perth, Western Australia, run by husband and wife team, John and Andrea.
We have over 35 years experience in the industry, working across five different countries, in both the commercial and residential sectors.

We at JA Builders WA are happy to announce that we have progressed our journey of providing new fit for purpose homes to the disabled community here in Perth, WA.
We have opened a sister company, NDIS Property WA, which will carry out all the front end works of putting the projects together and JA Builders WA will construct. Therefore, we now offer a full design, construct and participant (tenant in place) to our clients.
We are building new 2x2 apartments, fully automated, to meet the stringent guidelines of SDA (specialist disability accommodation).
