JA Builders (WA) is a builder in Perth, Western Australia, run by John Palmer, Owner/Director.
We have over 40 years experience in the industry, working across five different countries, in both the commercial and residential sectors.

JA Builders WA was established in 2015 and has proudly delivered a wide range of residential construction projects across Perth and the Peel region. From specialist disability accommodation (SDA) homes and NDIS-compliant apartments to full home renovations, extensions, and custom kitchen and bathroom upgrades, we bring quality and care to every build.
With a strong focus on supporting vulnerable communities, JA Builders WA works closely with the Department of Communities, Disability Service Providers, women’s refuges, and men’s hostels to ensure homes are not only functional but also safe, inclusive, and fit for purpose.
SDA Homes Group
In 2024, we expanded our commitment to the disability sector by launching our sister company, SDA Homes Group WA. This dedicated arm manages the front-end planning, tenant engagement, and project coordination, while JA Builders WA continues to lead the construction. Together, we now offer a complete design, construct, and participant-in-place solution for NDIS clients.
We built both SDA houses and Apartments to meet all categories of SDA.
